Codfish Fritters (Accras)

1 lb. Codfish, cooked, shredded,
washed with lime and water
1 lb. Flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. chopped onions & garlic
½ litre milk
1 tbsp. Chopped chive, thyme & celery
1 tbsp. BELLO hot Pepper Sauce

Combine all dry ingredients, then slowly add eggs, milk & BELLO Hot Pepper Sauce. Spoon the dough into hot oil for frying, making 1"balls. When golden brown, drain off well, and serve them with BELLO Special Pepper Sauce. Serve with BELLO Special Pepper Sauce if more heat is needed.

 

Passionfruit Daquiri

2 1/2 oz. BELLO concentrate
2 1/2 oz. White Rum
1 tbsp. BELLO Lime juice with pulp
1 dash Bitters
1 oz. Orange juice

Mix with crushed ice, blend for approx. 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a champagne glass and serve with a straw.

 

 

BELLO Banger (BB)

4 oz. Passion Fruit Drink
1 oz. Vodka
Top off with Galiano

In a tall glass filled with ice, mix Vodka and Passion fruit Drink. Float Galiano on top, garnish with orange slice or cherry
